Not quite sure what to expect? Below we have answered some of the most common questions new visitors have.
COVID GUIDELINES
Join us in praying for an end to the suffering caused by Covid in our community. Facial coverings can be worn in church as recommended by the CDC.
PASTOR
The church is led by Pastor Mark Sowersby and his staff. He has been an ordained minister with Assembly of God for over 25 years.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Our services include a half hour of uplifting worship music led by our worship team followed by a time of preaching led Pastor Mark Sowersby. During our service, you are encouraged to bring your children to children’s church or the nursery.
WHAT DO YOU BELIEVE?
We believe the Holy Scriptures as the revealed Word of God, the all-sufficient rule of faith and practice, and for the purpose of maintaining general unity, we adopt the Statement of Fundamental Truths approved by the General Council of the Assemblies of God.
WHAT FAMILY MINISTRIES ARE THERE?
Calvary Community Church encourages everyone to get involved. Whether you are young or old, there is a place for everyone at Calvary. And we don’t just meet on Sundays, we have opportunites to fellowship and do life together throughout the week too. Join us for fun, encouragement, and fellowship.
